Who won the battle of lookabout ridge?

I think the Hatfields were successful in launching a flanking manuever up Lookabout Ridge. Heavy fighting took place near the still, but the McCoys were firmly entrenched in the outhouse and were able to put plunging fire down on the Hatfields and drove them back to the Barn.





It was nip and tuck through the afternoon, but eventually the Hatfields rallied and were able to move up the firebreak and overwhelm the outhouse defenders.

If you mean Lookout Mountain which was a famous battle site during the Amer.Civil War Gen. Bragg sat upon a mountain position for the CSA and was beset by the armies of Grant,Hooker and Sherman. It was also refered to as the battle above the clouds. The USA won.
