Would Tom Ridge's pro's outweight his con's as a VP?

Do people who are voting for McCain really care if his pro choice as a VP candidate?

Please present the positives he brings to a ticket. I know that many people believe that he might bring Pennsylvania to McCain's column.Would Tom Ridge's pro's outweight his con's as a VP?
Nationally, Tom Ridge is known only as the first head of that horribly-bloated-and-nearly-useless Department of Homeland Security and the doofus who came up with that stupid terror-color-code scheme that has since been scrapped.

Unless he's some bigshot in PA, he might be a deterrent to Conservative voters on a national scale.Would Tom Ridge's pro's outweight his con's as a VP?
I don't think he would be a good candidate. I think he has too much negativity associated with him. I think McCain needs someone young, positive %26amp; energetic.
